Rubbish Talk? We Love It! Choosing Kitchen Cabinet Bins

For those of you who do a lot of chopping and peeling on the kitchen counter, this is a popular and nouvelle option. It is fitted into a cut hole in your worktop. You open the lid to put your waste inside, then to remove, you simply push upwards from inside the cabinet. It is very common that people with kitchen islands like this option, particularly granite worktops. It has a sleek stainless steel lid and rim which will match many of the modern appliances in your kitchen. We actually have this bin installed on the coffee stand in our showroom (just in case we were not shamelessly self promoting enough) and it does the job perfectly!

The worktop bin allows you to display an elegant stainless steel lid with the functionality of a hidden 3ltr bin. With the rubbish out of the way and it's potential smells trapped under our scent-stopping lid, you'll be able to display your kitchen without fear of odour reprisals. 

A big caveat and disclaimer to this bin however, although we list the cut out for the worktop as 210mm, we cannot emphasize strongly enough, for you to wait till the bin has actually arrived to cut your worktop. Granite worktops are worth thousands of euros so leave nothing to chance!

The 400mm bin, is pretty much the same bin as the 300mm in a larger size with corresponding larger storage capacity. Unlike the 300mm however, the larger 400mm size allows for equal segregation and storage of waste. Other than that, it has all the features of previous mentioned bin. Once again, also very popular being fitted to it's default cabinet size of 400mm

400mm is our mid sized under sink bin. Choose a 300mm for a more compact version, or a 450mm for more storage.

This item is just like the Soft Close Pull Out Cargo Bin for 300/400mm/450mm and 500mm Units, only larger and with one specific difference – 4 buckets (2 large and 2 small). It is the largest four bucket segregated bin available on the Irish market

The four bucket bin is mounted on high quality soft close runners; this eliminates door slamming and hinders potential damage to the bin. Each bin has two lift up handles on each side for hygienic ease of removal. The additional 2 small buckets enables full recycling segregation (i.e. waste, dry recycling, organic and glass).

Unlike the above aforementioned Mini Cargo Bin options, this item is side mounted to your units carcass and as such, is not as simple to install. Pay close attention to the dimensions provided on your chosen bin's item page and ensure unit and bin specifications adhere to each other to prevent disappointment (e.g. “Soft close pull out cargo bin - 600mm unit” requires 564mm internal width).

All four buckets do not come with dedicated independent bin lids. - instead, the bin has a shelf above the two buckets enabling further storage and a unique odour proof soft closing function. The warranty on this bins is 5 years.

With 45 and 56 litre capacity, the individual buckets enables simple separating and sorting of waste. Both size options are supplied with a 5 year guarantee.

This pull out, dual kitchen bin has a light aluminium finish and comes in various different sizes to match your unit [400mm unit (1 x 29 and 1 x 8 litre bins): 362mm width; 500mm unit (2 x 29 litre bins): 462mm width; 600mm unit (2 x 40 litre bins): 562mm width].

Each option is fitted using Wesco's “Bluemotion” system of undermounted runners for minimal sound and maximum protection from slamming. Universal dimensions for all available models are: 573mm height x 503mm depth.
